Q. What is a UPC Code?

A. A UPC code is a unique bar code that is located on the box of the product you purchased. However, some merchandise may have several different bar codes located on the box. If you are not sure which one to send, please ask someone at the store where the purchase was made.

Q. When I click "Submit A Rebate", why does it say "No rebate offers available at this time..."?

A. This function is not available for this offer. Please submit your rebate by mail.

Q. Why Can't I Find My Rebate Status?

A. Please make sure that you have typed your information correctly, and try again. The other possibilty for (0 results found) is that the rebate you have submitted has not been processed at this time. Please try back at a later date.

Q. Can I get a replacement Rebate Form to mail in?

A. Click on Printable Rebates. Here you will find the current rebates offered. Click on the Rebate Name you are looking for, and at the top right corner, click on the link "Print Rebate Form".

Q. For my Batteries Plus rebate, I have a rebate for an automotive, truck, marine or lawn/garden battery. I cannot find any tracking information on this website. Where can I find out more information about this rebate?

Q. For My Batteries Plus rebate, I have a rebate for a Rayovac, Xtreme or Optima battery. I cannot find any tracking information on this website. Where can I find out more information about this rebate?

Q. I have am trying to track a rebate, and it is not listed on your website.

A. RebateTrackerPro.com only tracks rebates from the past 6 months. If your rebate is older than 6 months, please contact us directly using the Contact Us form.

Q. I lost or damaged my original rebate form. Where can I get a new form?

A. Click on Printable Rebates. Here you will find the current rebates offered. Click on the Rebate Name you are looking for, and at the top right corner, click on the link "Print Rebate Form".

Q. I have mailed in my rebate, but it does not show up on this website. How long do I need to wait before it shows up?

A. Please check back in 2-4 weeks. All rebates are added on a weekly basis.

Q. I have mailed in my rebate, and it shows "In Progress" as status. When will I recieve my rebate check?

A. Please allow up to 12 weeks from the date you mailed your rebate.
